كان الفندق جميل من الاستقبال و حتى الغرف كانت مريحة و ريحة الغرفة واللوبي كانت جميلة جداً والشراشف أيضاً، مكان السباحة كبير جداً و يطل على برج خليفة و دبي مول و و دوان تاون والبوليفارد ، أنصح بزيارة الفندق

لايوجد ملاحظات جميع الموظفون في الفندق ممتازون يقدم الخدمة في نفس الوقت وأفضل مكان للإقامة في دبي قريب من كل شي وهو الفندق المفضل عندي واشكر جميع العملين فيه الفندق الجميع ممتاز ويبتسم اثناء العمل ويقدم الخدمة شكرا للجميع

إقامة ممتازة و هادئه وقريبه من مول دبي. غرف نظيفة ولا توجد روائح- ارتفاع السرير غير مناسب لكبار السن - أسعار خيارات الطعام مرتفعة جداً. يوجد بقالة صغيرة تفتح ٢٤ ساعة، سيكون من الجميل لو ان أصوات اغاني النافورة يمكن سماعها في الغرفة من خلال جهاز الراديو او التلفاز.

عند الحجز يؤكدون لك بأن الغرفة مطلة إطلالة كاملة على النافورة ، وعند الدخول للفندق والدفع يتضح لك بأن الإطلالة جزئية !! ، الفندق لا يهتم ولا يبالي بالطلبات المتاحة عند الحجز ، وتفاجأ عند دخول الفندق بأنه لم يتم تجهيز ماتم طلبه مسبقا" ، قيادة الفندق بحاجة إلى التعامل بمصداقية ونزاهة وأمانة مع النزلاء .

خدمة الاستقبال وعمال اانظافة ممتازة جدا
خدمة موظفي المطعم والمقهى لم تكن جيدة وطبقية بالتعامل واحسست انني لست نزيل بالفندق
الغرف ممتازة الموقع ممتاز
طريقة الدفع لو تحسن افضل
لكن لو اردت الزيارة عشان الموقع
عدم الزيارة بسبب تعامل الموظفين
