لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب ولا المستوى المتوقع من فنادق سلسلة العنوان .. ولم نحقق الهدف من حجزنا وهو احياء ذكرى زواجنا .. شعرنا بخيبة امل بعد ان وجدنا موظف في هذا الفندق الراقي مثل يوسف الذي جعل اقامتنا سيئة او الاسوء

انصح الجميع بزيارته مع ضرورة تخفيض أسعاره لان الأسعار مرتفعه جدا مقارنه بالفنادق التي بنفس المستوي فالرجاء مراحعة السعر من قبل الاداره لاستقطاب اكبر عدد من العوائل ومن الناس الراقيه وكذلك تامين عدد اكثر من موظفين الخاصين بمواقف السيارات

جكيل جدا استمتعنا نحن و العائلة بالمناظر الخلابة لوسط دبي و برج خليفة و السكن ممتاز جدا و الخدمة ممتازة انصح بالسكن فيه للمقتدرين لانه يعد من الفنادق الغالية جدا في دبي و لكن هذا مبرر للفخامة و الرقي و الموقع الحصري

عند زيارة الى فندق العنوان كان يوجد موظف في منتها الخلق وشخص يحب المساعدة الضيوف وكان اسمه farsaudi ويستحق الشكر
وتم تناول الطعام وكان جيدا
Colada is very tasty good for if your are very come in visit to the lobby thirsty

فندق مميز وجميل منظر رايع علي النافورة وفطور اكثر من رايع موظفي الاستقبال غايه بالتعاون سواء في الدخول او الخروج واللوبي واسع ومواقع جلوس كثيره ومنفذ مباشر علي دبي مول ومسبح كبير اكثر من روعه عموما فندق مميز
