عند اقامتي ف الفندق استمتعت جداً كان المنظر جميلاً والموقع جميل بالقرب من دبي مول ويجود ممر يوصلك اليه وانني سازور المكان عدة مرات اخرى وطاقم العمل جداً متعاون والمكان جداً نظيف واحببت المكان ولكن المطعم لم يعجبني كثيراً لصغر حجمه

يمتاز الفندق بالموقع الاستراتيجي لقربة لمول دبي ولشارع بوليفارد الشيخ محمد بن راشد وللمطاعم المجاورة الاخرى، وكذلك يمتاز بحفاوة واهتمام موظفي الفندق الكبير ولطافتهم. على الرغم من إرتفاع أسعار الغرف الا انه تجد ما يقابلها من رعاية احترافية ومهنية عالية جدا في النظافة والمساعدة وسرعة الانجاز.

ملاحظة انا ضيف دائما في الفندق احيانا اكثر من خمسه الى عشره مرات انزل في الفندق ما في احد سالني ان اقدم في عضوية الفندق وانا عندي عضويه في الماريوت والهلتون وانا معظم زياراتي الى دبي احب انزل في العنوان داون تاون لانه فندقي المفضل من سنيين حتى اسعار خاصه لم يسبق عرضها لي وانا فخور بالفندق من ناحية الموظفين وموقع الفندق والخدمات الممتازه

عدم المبادرة من ادارة الفندق حيال القصور الدائم لابد من المطالبه بحقوق هل يعقل بان يكون رد الاستقبال عند ابلاغه ببعد المسافه من الفندق البديل للجم يقول انت ذاهب للرياضه اتمنى افهام الموظفين بان النزيل يدفع مقابل الخدمة المطلوبه
