Thank you for staying with us recently and for taking the time to share your frustrations on Tripadvisor. Please accept my sincere apologies for your disappointment as we would like all our guests to leave wanting to return.
I am disappointed to read about your breakfast experience as we had a full continental buffet breakfast available for our guests during your stay. We offer a full range of fruits, berries, yoghurts, cereals, granolas, European and Arabic cheese’s, plus a large variety of bakery items fresh from our oven.
We also offer a full range of freshly prepared hot breakfast dishes from a variety of egg dishes to shakshouka for our guests’ selection. I am not sure why you would have only had 2 types of croissant and some cheese?
With reference to your upgrade request I am aware that we were unable to grant this request as there were only a limited number of suites remaining. My team offered a small upgrade supplement for your request for the suite which you declined. The negotiation over this request most certainly delayed our usual timely check-in process.
We do hope that we have the opportunity to take care of you in the future and change your perception of our Andalusian Oasis.
