شكرا من الأعماق على سعة صدركم في الحقيقة العاملين قمة في الاحترام والخلق والغرفة مميزة جدا لكن فيه ملاحظات بسيطة لا تذكر ومنها مثلا الإفطار جيد إلى حد ما ينقصه التنوع في الأصناف ولكن استقبالهم قمة في التقدير والاحترام

عامل النظافه. ليس له الحق بأخذ كرت الغزفه. وهذا. يضر بسمعه الفندق ارجو التنبيه. من هذا التصرف. لذلك تضايقت من هذا الاصرف. الاهوج من العامل النيبالي رقم غرفتي هو. ١٠١٧ من الذي اعطاه الثلاحيه باخذ الكرت.

زرتهم العام الماضي وقمت بزيارتهم الان وهذه الزياره الثانيه لي للفندق ارى انهم من افضل فنادق دبي من جميع النواحي ( مرافق الفندق و الافطار في المطعم و الموقع و مرافق السكن و فخامة الاثاث في الغرف والشقق ) وهم متميزون في كل شئ واهم شي عندهم رضا العميل ،، بداية من الاستقبال من باب الفندق وصولا الى الريسبشن وخدمات الغرف والمطعم ومديرهم الاستاذ سامي يونس وجميع العاملين اشخاص ودودين وقمة في الادب والاحترام ولااستغرب حقيقة حصول الفندق على هذا التقييم العالي من جميع النزلاء في جميع مواقع حجوزات السفر وهذا الشئ يتميزون فيه عن باقي الفنادق .

المسبح جميل و لو كان كبيرا لكان أجمل وكذلك عدم وجود مقهى شيشه
وجبة الإفطار كانت غالية جدا مقارنة بفنادق أخرى
