During check-in, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel's view was great from inside and out. but unfortunately, I faced some issues during my stay in the hotel it was not acceptable and unprofessional considered a five-star hotel. At the breakfast table when I came the waiter did not remove or replace the previous spoons and fork he just changed the one that has been used before, the waiter did not clean the table as it should be cleaned he just wiped the table with his hand, and did not deep clean and sanitize the table. Even though when we informed him to do the cleaning and to replace all spoons/forks due to that we are facing a worldwide pandemic everything should be sanitized and cleaned deeply for the people/customer safety everything should be considered and taken seriously. in one of the room the A/C it was making a sound and in the bathroom, the toilet flush needs maintenance as the water was running all day when we pressed the flush button the first time. The room that we stayed in it was dusty and the remote control for the TV was very dirty and not covered with plastic for safety and sanitation .As well the Teapot was rusty and dirty from the inside. During check out, I asked the staff to extend One or two hours till we pack the luggage but she refused to extend and as an excuse she said because another guest needs our room for the interconnecting door otherwise the guest will complain if we did not check out on time. I said also we are not staying in this hotel for free we paid for staying int this room we just asked for a simple request to extend one hour but I didn’t expect this experience for the five-star hotel. other hotels when we request to extend they are happy to extend the time and be flexible with check-out time. even though we selected the PREMIUM room in this hotel.
With the guarantee money that they took, the receptionist she returned the money by hand without putting it in an envelope and it was not professional at all.
I had high expectations for this hotel when we booked because of the reviews/ratings as well as the hotel location was perfect for us. I expected the hotel to be very careful and take caution about the cleaning/sanitation because of the pandemic as other hotels. I am disappointed with this hotel, with some staff, with the cleaning and safety and sanitation, also the way some staff treats the guest. I’m not satisfied with my stay in this hotel. From my experience I will not visit or stay at this hotel, also I don’t recommend this hotel again who concern about cleaning and sanitation .

على مائدة الإفطار عندما أتيت ، لم يقم الموظف بإزالة أو استبدال الملاعق والشوكة السابقة ، لقد قام فقط بتغيير تلك التي تم استخدامها سابقا ولم يقم النادل بتنظيف الطاولة حيث يجب تنظيفها ، لقد مسح الطاولة بيده ، ولم يقم بتنظيف وتعقيم الطاولة بعمق . على الرغم من أننا عندما أخبرناه بالقيام بالتنظيف واستبدال جميع الملاعق / الشوك. لأننا نواجه جائحة عالميًا ، يجب تعقيم كل شيء وتنظيفه بعمق من أجل سلامة الناس / العملاء ، يجب أخذ كل شيء على محمل الجد.
في إحدى الغرف ، كان جهاز التكييف يصدر صوتًا. وفي الحمام ، يحتاج تدفق المرحاض إلى الصيانة حيث كان الماء يتدفق عندما ضغطنا على زر التدفق في المرة الأولى. كانت الغرفة التي بقينا فيها متربة وكان جهاز التحكم عن بعد الخاص بالتلفزيون متسخًا للغاية وغير مغطى بالبلاستيك من أجل السلامة والتعقيم.
وكذلك كان إبريق الشاي فيها صدأ وغير نظيف من الداخل.
أثناء تسجيل المغادرة ، طلبت من الموظفه تمديد ساعة أو ساعتين حتى نحزم الأمتعة لكنها رفضت التمديد وكعذر ، قالت لأن ضيفاً آخر يحتاج إلى غرفتنا للباب الموصل وإلا سيقوم الضيف بالشكوى إذا لم نسجل الخروج في الوقت المحدد. أننا لا نقيم في هذا الفندق مجانا فأننا دفعنا ثمن إقامتنا في هذه الغرفة ، فقط طلبنا طلبا بسيطًا لتمديد ساعة واحدة ، لكنني لم أتوقع هذه التجربة في فندق الخمس نجوم. الفنادق الأخرى عندما نطلب منهم ان يمددوا ساعة او ساعتين يسعدها التمديد وتكون مرنة في وقت تسجيل المغادرة. على الرغم من أننا اخترنا الغرفة المتميزة في هذا الفندق.
مع أموال الضمان موظفه الاستقبال أعادت الأموال بيدها دون وضعها في ظرف وتقديم بشكل حرفي .
كان لدي توقعات كبيرة لهذا الفندق عندما حجزنا بسبب التقييم وموقع الفندق كان مثاليا بالنسبة لنا. كنت أتوقع أن يكون الفندق حريصًا للغاية وأن يتوخى الحذر بشأن التنظيف والتعقيم لسلامه جميع العملاء بسبب الجائحة العالمية مثل الفنادق الأخرى. أشعر بخيبة أمل من هذا الفندق ، مع بعض الموظفين ، مع التنظيف والأمان والتعقيم ، وكذلك الطريقة التي يعامل بها بعض الموظفين الضيف. أنا غير راضٍ عن إقامتي في هذا الفندق. من واقع خبرتي ، لن أزور هذا الفندق أو أبقى فيه ، كما أنني لا أوصي بهذا الفندق مرة أخرى لمن يبحث عن النظافه والتعقيم .
