جميع الموظفين حريصين على تلبيه طلبات النزلاء في أسرع وقت وكذلك ناديهم الرياضي جميل واديهم غرف مساج للنساء نظيفة وبسعر مناسب كما أنهم يوفرون باصات لنقل النزلاء لسوق دبي مول وإعادتهم منه مجاناً والجميل أن خدمة تنظيف الغرف ٢٤ ساعة

الاقامه في الفندق عاديه جدا كان هناك تسرب في المكيف والمكيفات لاتعمل جيدا فيما ذلك الموظفين مستفزين يقمون بالغاء القفل بسبب عدم دفع صريبه السياح مما ثار انزعاجي الفطور كان عادي جدا ليس هناك خيارات متعدده في الاطعمه والمشروبات الحاره تصل بارده

الموظف مصطفى يخدم خدمة رائعه ومتواصل بشكل دائم مع النزيل
الابتسامة متواجدة على جميع موظفي الفندق لم اجرب الافطار لديهم ولم اذهب للمسبح لانه مكشوف والشمس حارقه
لدي عتب على وسائد الفندق اتمنى تغييرها للافضل فقط

انصح بتجربة السكن في الفندق او الشقق سواء عائلياً او للعمل لتعدد الخيارات في الوحدات السكنية و سهوله التنقل بينها و جودة الخدمة مقابل القيمه لكن اتمنى ان تكون الأسعار المره القادمة افضل بكثير حتى اعتمد هذا المقر في جميع رحلاتي القادمة

اكثر مايميز الفندق الراحه والهدوء وجودة السرير وتعاون الطاقم في المقابل يحتاج الى الاهتمام اكثر بالتنظيف خصوصا السجات والموكيت والزجاج الخارجي للفندق الاطلاله جميله على خور دبي وبرج خليفه خدمة الغرف اسعار مبالغ فيها والاكل عادي !

الشقة مجهزة بجميع الإحتياجات وكبيرة الحجم وتطل على خور دبي والنظافة ممتازة في الفندق ككل.
لكن الاسعار مبالغ فيها خصوصا المطاعم. علما انه لا يوجد مطاعم جيدة قريبة من الموقع.
مرافق الفندق ممتازة وحديثة لكن مزدحمة بعض الشيء
