الفندق جدا جدا ممتاز ويستحق الخمس نجوم واكثر .. تصميم الغرف جدا روعه .. موقع الفندق جميل للاستجمام والممشى خلف الفندق مطل عالبحيره جدا مرتب .. قريب من دبي مول اوصي به وبشده لاختيار الفندق كإقامه لرحلتكم او زيارتكم لدبي .. اشكر الموظف غلام على حسن تعامله

كانت من اروع الليالي التي قضيتها برفقة والدتي طلبت منهم غرفة ذات اطلالة عند وصولي و اعطوني افضل غرفة في الفندق ذات اطلالتين اطلالة ع برج خليفة و فندق ذي بالاس و اطلالة من الجهة الآخرى على برج العرب و ايضا ع القناة المائية. و مسبح الفندق كان رائع جدا و اطلالته ع برج خليفة فعلا فعلا 5 نجوم
تعامل الموظفين في غاية اللطف ميشوفوك اذا ميسلمون عليك و كولهم شباب لطيفين لا يوجد تعالي ع الزبون و بالأخص أستاذ غلام يتكلم عربي و ما قصر معنا ابددد.
سوف أعيد الكرة بكل تأكيد❤️

الامر الاخر مطعم الفندق اصناف قليله جداً
كذالك لاتوجد عوازل في غرف الفندق لم استطيع النوم بسبب ازعاج في الغرفه القريبه لي غرفتي
تجربه لن تتكرر أبدا
انصح بالسكن بالاماكن القريبه من مترو دبي

الفندق كان جدا جميل والخدمه كانت ممتازه من الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف والمطاعم ممتازه واحب اشكر بالاخص الاستاذ شريف سراج على حسن تعامله معنا واجابته على كل استفساراتنا
مع العلم اننا كنا في فندق ثاني وتم الغاء الحجز وبعدها حجزنا في هذا الفندق الجميل بفضل الاخ شريف
