استقبال جيد جداً ونظافة مميزة
كنت في زيارة عمل وسرني رؤية حسن الاستقبال والأسعار واتمنى تكرار مثل هذه الزيارة في الفترة القادمة ولكن بصحبة العائلة اذا كان هناك عروض مغرية للنزلاء المميزين أو دعوه بخصومات خاصة لعملاء الفندق

من النواحي الايجابيه فأنا اجد كل شي رائع جدا من استقبال ونظافة وخدمة مميزه وباركنق مميز بشاشة الموظفين من ساعة الوصول حتى المغادة واطلاله الغرف مميزه ولكن يوجد شي سلبي واحد وهو سعر الغرفه غالي جداً اتمنى مراعاة الاسعار

جميل جدا و أنيق. مطل على المرسى و بإمكانك المشي والإستمتاع بالمول حيث المطاعم و السينما و جميع الماركات العالمية للملابس الرجالية و النسائية. لا تحتاج أن تغادر المنطقة للذهاب إلى وسط المدينة للإستمتاع بل أنت تعيش وسط كل شي!

الفندق راقى وممييز ومناسب للعائلات لارتباطه بالمول وممشى المارينا. طاقم الاستقبال رائع وخصوصا الاستاذ زكريا.
طعام الافطار بحاجة للتنويع ليتناسب مع مستوى الفندق.
تنظيف الغرف لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب حيث يتم ترتيب السرير فقط مع عدم تغيير مناشف الحمام المستعمله
