جيد ولكن يعيبه عزل الصوت لم يكن جيدا والتكييف سيء صوت العاملين من خارج الغرفة تسمعهم وصوت النزلاء وصوت فتح الباب واغلاقه فالعزل في الفندق ضعيف جدا ومن حيث النظافة ممتاز والموظفين بشوشين ويحسنون الاستقبال المزيد

على الرغم اني عضو مميز باكثر من سلسلة من الفنادق العالمية ولكني اميل دائما لسلسلة فنادق الهيلتون وبالذات الفئة الاعلى بها الولدروف استوريا، وهذه الاقامة الثانية لي بفندق الولدروف استوريا بال DIFC وكانت مميزة، موقع ممتاز، خدمات جيدة، وفخامة رائعة

موقع الفندق ممتاز.....
واسعار جيده....

كانت رحلتي للفندق بغرض العمل .. وكان اهتمام الطاقم بي كبيرا جدا حيث انهم كانو يعرضون علي ترقيات مجانية للغرفة وانا رفضت وتم اعطائي ترقية مجانية للغرفة ورفضت ايضا لاني احببت غرفتي الاولي رغم صغر حجمها
وارسلو لي الفواكه للغرفة
وكان تعاملهم جدا ممتاز ومتعاونين
حتي خدمة صف السيارات كانت ممتازة وسريعة
حيث يتم تجهيز السيارة باتصال هاتفي لهم قبل نزولي

تصميم رائع ومميز وغرف واسعة ونظيفة والعاملين محترمين ويقدمون الخدمه على مدار الساعه وكذلك وودودون والمرافق ممتازه إطلالة الغرف خصوصاً جهة البحر رائعه ومميزه عند الشروق والغروب
