من اجمل الفنادق اللي يجب تجربتها لانها تتمتع بإطلاله جميله على نافورة دبي وبرج خليفة وقمة في الرقي والاستقبال وحسن الضيافة والنظافة اتمنّى العوده لهذا الفندق في المره القادمة .

رائع من حيث الإطلالة على برج خليفه ونافورة دبي والموقع ممتاز لكن الأثاث قديم في الفندق ويحتاج الى تغير وصيانه وايضا واجهت مشكله في الدخول حيث الفندق أخرني ساعتين وقام الاطفال بالملل والنعاس ولكن من ناحيه اخرى تم تعويضي بساعتين وقت الخروج

هادىء نوعا ما
اشكر موظفين الاستقبال
عيوبه : الشقه كانت صغيره والمساحات ضيقه والاثاث غير نظيف
انا حجزته للاطلاله على النافوره
ولكن لم استرد مبلغ التأمين حتى الان

تنظيف الغرف سبئ لا بقمون بكنس الفرش الارضي ويوجد بقايا عند كل تنظيف ، مزعجون يقومون بطرق الباب باستمرار بشكل يومي لتنظيف ونحن متواجدين ولم مطلب منهم ، عند رغبتنا بالتنظيف نحن نقوم بالاتصال بهم وعندها نكون خارج الغرفه ، ترتيب ادوات المطبخ سيئ والانارة لدورات المياه منها ثنتين عطلانه الماء الحار قليل جداً الاستحمام

الموقع استراتيجي وخدمتهم ممتازه عندهم خدمه صف السيارات ، نظافه ، الموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين خصوصا الموظف راشد من قسم الكونسيرج rashid حجز التذاكر من عندهم مريح وارخص من برا يختصر وقت صف الطابور .. الموظفين imran , arian , shuhzad ممتازين ومريحين
