جداً جميل الموقع والموظفين العرب اشكرهم على حسن التعاون والبشاشة والتفاني في العمل وكذلك موظفين صف السيارات يشكرون على تعاملهم
عندي ملاحظة على موظفين الإستقبال غير العرب جداً تعاملهم سيئ ولما اطلب منهم ان اتحدث إلى عربي لا اجد إجابة ويتحججو ان لا يوجد عربي وعند النزول إليهم تفاجأت ان هناك موظف عربي
ارجو تغيير الطاقم الأجنبي بالكامل وتكررت معي اكثر من مرةالمزيد

حاليا ما أفكر اسكن بفندق غير رمادا داون تاون دبي.. حرفيا جميل.. و خدمة الغرف و الاستقبال خاصه " ATUL " خدوووم جدا ولطيف، ميزة الموقع قريب من كل شي، سوبر ماركت إطلالته جميل والله.. موعدنا بعد اسبوعين ❤️

مرافق الفندق جميلة
مستوى نظافة الغرفة جيد جداً
يوجد خدمة رائعة استلام وتسليم السيارة الخاصة بالعميل مواقف خاصة بهم على مدار الساعة
استقبال جميل من ممثل خدمة النزلاء ( اكبر )

من الدخول حتى المغادرة كل شيء هادي .. بعض الطلبات في اخر زيارة لم يتم توفيرها من الروم سيرفس .. وتقدمت بشكوى ولم يتم الرد عليها .. ولكنها اشياء صغيرة مزعجة .. اتمنى حلها في وقتها ..
يتميز المكان باطلالة على نافورة دبي .. وخطوات بسيطة عن البوليفارد الرائع
