الفندق جميل و موقعه مميز قريب من دبي مول قريب من المطعم الموجودة في الداون تاون ولكن يوجد روائح احياناً في المصعد غير مرغوب فيها
يوجد موظف اسمه اكبر و Akbar ودود و تعامله جميل جداً اتمنى له التوفيق و القهوه عنده مميزه

وجه عامه الفندق ممتاز بالاطلاله على النافوة دبي مول والموظفين ممتازين في التعامل خصوصا akbar خدوم حيل وظحكته بشوشه وقهوته حلوه وسيد ضياء ممتاز في تعامله معانا جدا وخدمة السيارات ممتازه يجيبون السياره لنا بسرعه

انصح فيه للعوائل المكان هادي و نظيف و موقعه جميل كل شي قريب بالنسبة للمطاعم و الكافيهات ، المسبح حلو في الدور الثاني و خارجي

جداً جميل الموقع والموظفين العرب اشكرهم على حسن التعاون والبشاشة والتفاني في العمل وكذلك موظفين صف السيارات يشكرون على تعاملهم
عندي ملاحظة على موظفين الإستقبال غير العرب جداً تعاملهم سيئ ولما اطلب منهم ان اتحدث إلى عربي لا اجد إجابة ويتحججو ان لا يوجد عربي وعند النزول إليهم تفاجأت ان هناك موظف عربي
ارجو تغيير الطاقم الأجنبي بالكامل وتكررت معي اكثر من مرة
