من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنتها في دبي خدمة ممتازة ويمتاز بالهدوء والموقع المناسب وقربة من الامارات مول والمواقع السياحية ويمتاز بتلبية جميع الطلبات بسرعه وخياري الاول عند العودة الى دبي وانصح الجميع بالسكن ومناسب للشباب والعوائل وشكرا لكم

فندق ممتاز خصوصا لفندق ٣ نجوم الموظفين متفاعلين ودودين، النظافة واضحة في كافة أجزاء الفندق طبعا قريب من مول الإمارات كانت رحلتي رحلة عمل والفندق مناسب جدا لان مستوى الهدوء ممتاز، لم اقم بتجربة المطاعم أو خدمات الطعام

الغرفة صغيرة للغاية و مواعيد حمام السباحة غير منتظمة و جودة الطعام متوسطة مما أجبرنى على الخروج لتناول الطعام كثيرا على الرغم من تضمن وجبة الافطار فى الحجز و السحور أقل من المتوسط لذا فبرجاء الاهتمام بهذه الأمور فالمكان و الموظفين رائعون

May I take this opportunity to thank you for your valuable feedback and kind words that are highly appreciated.
With regards to the size of our rooms, I could see that you booked our classic Centro room which is 22 Sqm. This type of rooms is usually a perfect choice for business travelers, we do have three other room categories which offers our guests more space all are available and bookable online with a very reasonable additional surcharge, may I also highlight that each of our room categories description in terms of size and facilities are clearly stipulated in all our online booking engines. Furthermore, your valuable comments related to dining experience, have been shared with my Executive Chef to ensure improvements are made going forward.

الافطار ضعيف جدا لعدم وجود تنوع بين الاصناف وعدم التنسيق
عدم توفر غرف كافية للندخنين ومما يضطر الشخص الذهاب خارج الفندق للتدخين..يجب توفير مكان تدخين واحد على الاقل في كل طابق

Thank you for your valuable time to complete our electronic questionnaire following your recent stay at the Centro Barsha Hotel. It is only through candid, constructive feedback that we can strive to better our product and refine our services.
Firstly, allow me to apologize to you for what appears to have been a less than acceptable experience with our property on your visit. Your comment with regards to food serving during breakfast at C. Taste has been noted and passed on to our Executive chef to look into and enhance the overall breakfast experience. Furthermore, in reference to your valuable comments related to a non-availability of smoking room, I have shared your suggestion with my executive team so that we can evaluate our guests’ feedback and implement changes accordingly.

الفندق جيد جدا من ناحيه النظافه وجوده الغرفه ، وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز مع النزلاء ، خاصه Aatif كان جدا احترافي في التعامل خلال فتره نزولي الفندق ، والاكل في الفندق ممتاز مقابل المبلغ المدفوع، فندق يستحق زياره اخرى
