الفندق جميل ومستوى الترحيب ممتاز ،موظف الاستقبال رامي كان علامة فارقة حيث تصرف بكل رقي ومهنية مع مشكلة لدي بالحجز وقدم لي أكثر من مستوى حجزي
شكراً رامي كان واجهة احترافية لفندق مثل ارماني واستطاع تغيير شعور الانزعاج بسبب مشكلة الحجز

كل شي تمام وسعدنا بالاقامة والخدمة الراقية ولكن تعاملت مع موظفة فالاستقبال افريقية واسلوبها زفت ومتنرفزة وايضا عندي ملاحظة على دورة المياه لايوجد بها مرش مع المرحاض وبما اننا عرب و في دولة عربية فالواجب ان يتم توفير المتطلبات ولايمنع من وجود المرش الاوروبي وايضا لايوجد كلينكس فالغرفة ابدا وشكرا لكم ولنا زيارة اخرى ان شاء الله رقم الغرفة كانت 708

كل شيء رائع
ولكنه ليس نوعي المفضل من الفنادق
افضل الفنادق اللتي تحتوي على شرفة واطلالة على البحر
طلبات الغرفة سعرها جدا مبالغ فيها
لم يكن لدي الوقت لأجرب مطاعمهم او اي شيء اخر كون الاقامة كانت بغرض عمل
