شكرا لحسن الضيافة والنظافة وترتيب الغرفة وتهيئة الفطور المميز والمتنوعة الأكلات الشرقية والغربية وجلب السيارات واخذها للموقف مع ضيوفك بدون مقابل تشعر براحة في هذا الفندق الممتاز في المسبح وفي القاعة الرياضية

عند وصولنا
- كان إجراء الدخول سريع
- الموظفات ودودات
- الغرفة كانت نظيفة
تفاجأنا ان جهاز تسخين الماء معطل ولكن تم إستبداله بسرعة
وعند الإستحمام -تفاجئنا بتراكم الماء في الحمام كاد ان يخرج من تحت فتحة الباب
لا يوجد حاجز بين منطقة الإستحمام وباقي أرضية الحمام مما أدى إلي فيضان المكان الكامل بالماء
- في الصباح (حوالي الساعة العاشرة) خرجنا لإستكشاف مرافق الغرفة قبل مغادرة الفندق وعند عودتنا للغرفة لأخذ الحقيبة تفاجأنا بوجود الحقيبة خارج الغرفة وموظف خدمة الغرف يقوم بتنظيف الغرفة
كنا قد وظعنا ملاحظة عدم الازعاج وما زال الوقت مبكر لموعد الخروج
قمنا بسؤال الموظف ولكن كان لا يتحدث العربية أو الانجليزية

آحلى مكان ممكن تعزم فيه عيلتك أو صحابك فعلاً مشرف اولاً المكان جميييل و كبير و عزف لايف يجنن لأجواء رمضان و البوفيه مش محتاجه أقولكم على التنوع و انك هتحس ان مفيش حاجه هتيجي على نفسك مش هتلاقيها و الطعم بجد تسلم ايدك يا شيف يعني من الآخر تجربة هتحب تكررها تاني🌹🌹🌹👍

سيء جدا التعامل كان غير مقبول من الموظف الهندي الذي في الرسبشن جدا غير مقبول تعامل هذا الموظف الهندي غير تفكيري كله عن الفندق اتمنى من الاداره متابعة الموضوع يجب متابعة موظفين الرسبشن و اعطائهم دوره في التعامل و خاصتا الهندي

كل يوم في بهو الفندق يوجد شخص اسمه مصطفى يقدم القهوه والتمر القهوه لذيذه جدا والخدمه ممتازه والفندق ممتاز وانا ارشح هذا الفندق لجميع الاهل والاصدقاء على المستوى الرفيع والخدمه وسوف اتي مره اخرى لزياره هذا الفندق وشكرا جزيلا لفندق اوكس بوابه ابن بطوبه
