We were equally disappointed to note about your impression. However, we are a non smoking hotel and it was explained to you on your arrival that we do have alternative area for smoking. Aside from the safety, health concerns, the maintenance issues that stem from cigarette smoking have become too onerous, we also make sure that the guest has a relaxing room to stay.
Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and we hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future.
