الافطار كان متكرر لا يوجد تنوع مما اضطرني اذهب لخارج الفندق لاكل الفطور و ملاءات الاسرة ترتب لكن لا يتم تغيير ملاءات الاسره غير ذلك الفندق هادئ للنوم الاسرة مريحة تقييمي من واحد الى عشره هو ٥ ارجو من ادا ة الفندق الاهتمام و تنويع الافطار و الاهتمام يتغيير ملاءات الاسرة

فندق جدا ممتاز وراقي وسعره ممتاز وخدمة ولا اجمل كل الشكر لجميع طاقم الفندق . بما فيهم عدنان وزينب وميشا سعيد جدا بإقامتي وسأكرر نزولي بالفندق كل مره وانا عميل قديم لدى الفندق منذ اواخر ٢٠١٩ اول مافتح الفندق واتشرف بالجميع .

كله تمام والسيد عدنان خدمته ممتازه كل الغرفه جميله وخدمات الاستقبال ممتازه عندي بعض التعليق بخصوص وقت التنظيف لايوجد وقت محدد ضروري يتم تحدي التنظيف ولازم يستاذن من الضيف بخصوص تنظيف الغرفه وبنسبه للمول ابن بطوطه ممتازه وقريب

الدخان ممنوع عندهم ليش ؟؟ سياحة جاي ولاكن طلعتو الواحد من المود الى جاي عشانه وكان وجبه الافطار سيئة جدا لماذا هذي بفندق سمعته سابقته عشمنا اكثر واكبر اتمنى تصير فيه تنوع من جميع النواحي وأشكر الاخ نادر صراحه قمه في الخلق

Thank you very much indeed for sharing your experience on TripAdvisor following your recent stay with us at the Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai.
We were equally disappointed to note about your impression. However, we are a non smoking hotel and it was explained to you on your arrival that we do have alternative area for smoking. Aside from the safety, health concerns, the maintenance issues that stem from cigarette smoking have become too onerous, we also make sure that the guest has a relaxing room to stay.
Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and we hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future.
