عدم توفر غرفة للتدخين / مما يسبب هذا الشي في مضايقة الزبائن خوفاً من التدخين و اشتعال جرس الانذار ( انذار الحريق ) وهذا الشي ضايقني انا و اصدقائي اتمنى من المسؤولين مراعاة هذا الاقتراح لتقديم خدمة افضل وراحة مناسبة لكل اذواق الزبائن

الافطار كان متكرر لا يوجد تنوع مما اضطرني اذهب لخارج الفندق لاكل الفطور و ملاءات الاسرة ترتب لكن لا يتم تغيير ملاءات الاسره غير ذلك الفندق هادئ للنوم الاسرة مريحة تقييمي من واحد الى عشره هو ٥ ارجو من ادا ة الفندق الاهتمام و تنويع الافطار و الاهتمام يتغيير ملاءات الاسرة
