Kindly be informed that our hotel has more than 3 floors and more than 35 rooms, and we are indeed a non-smoking hotel. Upon your arrival, you signed our non-smoking policy, which clearly states that a cleaning fee would apply if smoking occurred inside the room, as the room cannot be sold to another guest in such a condition.
We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide professional and courteous service to all our guests. We apologize for any unpleasant experiences you had during your stay, including the concerns about lobby and corridor smells. We will investigate these matters further to ensure the comfort of our guests.
