اسوي فندق سكنت فيه بدبي استقبال غير مؤهل تاخير دخولي اكثر من ساعتين و تغير حجزي الى غرفة اقل من المطلوب ازعاج و صوات تكسير و صوت أطفال في الممرات و طلب مني مغادرة الغرفة الساعة ١١ صباحا و المفروض ١٢ الظهر

Thank you for sharing with us your impressions of your recent stay at our hotel. Our entire team is extremely committed to provide our guests with a flawless experience and I would personally like to apologize for failing on this occasion. Your feedback has been raised with concerned departments immediately, however we would have been grateful if we have known about your challenges while you were accommodated with us, to give us an opportunity to rectify things on the spot. Nevertheless, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and please rest assured that action plans have been set up to ensure these types of situations do not occur again.
