اقامتي في فندق كانت رائعة جدا وخصوصاً Mr حكيم كان ودوداً وليطفاً معي ومع عائلتي والفندق كان نظيف جداً وخدمة الغرف كانت رائعه ومغسله الملابس نظيفه والاسعار ممتازه جدا وفي متناول الجميع وموقع الفندق جميل وبعيد عن الضوضاء وازعاج المدينة وخدمه السيارات جميلين ايضا و ودودين وشكرا لكم

اسوي فندق سكنت فيه بدبي استقبال غير مؤهل تاخير دخولي اكثر من ساعتين و تغير حجزي الى غرفة اقل من المطلوب ازعاج و صوات تكسير و صوت أطفال في الممرات و طلب مني مغادرة الغرفة الساعة ١١ صباحا و المفروض ١٢ الظهر

Our entire team is extremely committed to provide our guests with a flawless experience and I would personally like to apologize for failing on this occasion. Your feedback has been raised with concerned departments immediately, however we would have been grateful if we have known about your challenges while you were accommodated with us, to give us an opportunity to rectify things on the spot.
