الخدمه كانت سيئة جدا خاصة من الموظفين العرب مثل يوسف
كان حجزي زوج وطفل ورفض اعطائي سرير الا بدفع ٤٠٠ درهم باليوم من اجل سرير الطفل علما انه موجود بحجزي وحجزي كان سويت شخصين وطفل واصر ان يدفعني ٤٠٠ درهم باليوم
جلست بالفندق يومين ولكن لم ارتاح لسوء المعاملة فيه وانتقلت لفندق اخر

كانت تجربه مريحه جدا ومحمد الكونسرج مره كويس وتنسان حبوب وساعدنا بكل شي حرفيا ولا قصر معنا بشي الاقامه ممتعه ومكان حيوي وكل الخدمات موجوده فيه ريحه الفندق تجنن وفيه بول مطل ع مدينه دبي بالدور 64 على ما اعتقد شكرا فندقنا الجميل وعلى فكره الكونسرج عملي خصم

الفندق جميل وجديد. ولكن الاخ المصري في الاستقبال للاسف لم يكن متعاون طلبنا منه ان الغرفتين تكون متصله لاننا عائلة ومعنا اطفال. ولكن رفض ولم يكن متعاون ابدا ووضع لنا غرفتين منفصله ولم نكن مرتاحين ابدا في الاقامه لان اطفالنا في غرفه اخرى
