فندق راقي خدماته رائعة جدا
اكل شهي وحلويات ولافي الخيال
والكادر ماشاء الله عليهم غني عن الوصف وبالاخص محمود مطر والشيف جانييت والشيف سنجاي والويتر ريشاب وان شاء الله في كل مرة ازور فيها دبي انزل في هذا الفندق

اولا اشكركم على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة
وأقدم شكري للمدير العام
والمدير المناوب الاستاذ يحيي وجميع موظفي الفندق
وكما اشكركم على امانتكم اثناء وجودي في الفندق عندما فقدت محفظتي الخاصه وكان فيها مبلغ مالي واوراقي الثبوتيه وغادرت الفندق الى الأردن و محفظتي مفقوده
وعندما وصلت الى الأردن اتصل بي الاستاذ يحيى المدير المناوب يبلغني بوجود المحفظه وكانت فرحتي كبيره وهذا يدل على اداره ناجحه ومتميز

يقع علي شارع الشيخ زايد فندق جيد جدا من ناحية الاستقبال حيث كان الاستاذ محمد من دولة مصر قمة في الادب والذوق تم عمل ترقيه للغرفتي حيث مطله علي شارع الشيخ زايد اعجبني فيه الغرف والنظافة وخدمة الغرف الفندق مناسب للعوائل والشباب المصاعد بدون كرت صعود امام المترو ويتوفر حول الفندق جميع الخدمات مثل البنوك والصيدليه والمطاعم ولكن يعيبه مدخل الفندق من الخلف
