لم استطع النوم في كل صباح اسمع ازعاج من قبل موظفين خدمات الفندق
٢- موقعه بعيد عن السنتر مثل دبي مول و الجي بي ار بالمختصر لازم تأجر سياره لان التكاسي وايد غاليه ولا انصح احد بأخذ تاكسي الا للضروره اذا كانت الاقامه في دبي طويله يجب ان تأجر سيارهالمزيد

في البدايه تجذبون الزائر باسلوبكم الراقي واحس انني ببيتي وعند تجديد الاقامه تتغيرون وكانكم تتعاملون مع زائر جديد وتمحون تاريخ اقامته وكانه زائر جديد وسعر مختلف وهذا يزعزع الثقه والتخوف من المعامله في المرات المقبله

يستحق التقييم العالي نظرا للقيمة مقابل المال ... الفندق قريب للمطار ولكن بعيد نسبيا عن الاماكن السياحية .. يوجد بنفس المبنى الغرير مول .. تسجيل الدخول والخروج سريع جدا ... التعامل راقي والنظافة ممتازة .. والاخ الاوزبكي جاسر كان ذا تعامل راقي جدا

سكنت في الفندق قبل عامين أو ثلاثة ولكني في هذه المرة تفاجأت بأن الأثاث أصبح مستهلك وقديم وموكيت الغرفة فيه بقع وسخ لم يتم تنظيفها جيداً ومرتبة السرير قديمة ومتهالكة ومتعبة جداً للنوم والواجهة الزجاجية للغرفة متسخة جداً
ولكن تعامل الموظفين فوق الممتاز واستجابتهم عالية لطلبات النزلاء

من اروع الفنادق في ديرة دبي خدمة وراحه وموقع جدا ممتاز ينصح في العوائل النظافة جدا ممتاز من عشره ٩ونص لا يوجد اي ازعاج ويعيبه بعض الروائح في ممارات بين الغرف خدمة الدخول والخروج سلسه ومافيها اي تاخير .
