رائع نشكر القائمين على الفندق ونرجوا منكم مكتب الاستقبال في تسجيل الدخول والمغادره تكثيف الموظفين بالاستقبال حتي يخفف الزحمه وعدم اطالة الزبون والعميل تأخير للوقت

لاانصح بالعودة إليه وذلك بسبب سوء تعي الاستقبال مع الضيوف وإن الغرف التي استعملتها كانت بها روائح غير مرضية رغم

بسبب سوء معاملة موظفي الاستقبال مع الزبائن وعدم إعطاء معلومات كافية عن طبيعة الخدمة المقدمة رغم إننا أحب الموقع ولي تجربة ناجه سابقا

Vriendelijk aardig mensen ze hebben best gedaan
خدمات روعة وناس طيبين أنا أشكرهم على كل الخدمات وعلى الضيافة والاحترام وفي أمان والنظافة يعني أحب أزور هذا المكان أكثر من مرات والجو طيب والحياة فيها حلوة رغم رغم العمارة والطيح السحاب عجبني المكان وصراحة يحتاج لك وقت أكثر لأن في أماكن جميلة وروعة

الاقامة كانت جميلة و ممتعة بسبب الخدمة الرائعة للمديرة سكينة هي قيمة مضافة لهذا الفندق .ساعدتنا كثير كان عندنا حجز لغرفة فيها سريرين بس الاستقبال عطانا سرير واحد لانو ماكان عندهم غرف فاضية بس الانسة سكينة غيرت الغرفة لغرفة فيها سريرين و ساعدتنا في كثير أشياء مهمة .أشكرها كثيرا .هي مديرة تستحق كل التقدير و الاحترام

انا اسمي خلود بادي نزلت في غرفه رقم 1508 لقد استمعت بالاقامه في هذا الفندق. لتوسطه في دبي وسهوله التنقل بالمترو جنبه .اما بالنسبه للأكل جيد جدا والخدمة ممتازه في كل الفندق اما بالنسبه للعاملين في الفندق يحسنون المعامله مع النزيل.وخاصه الانسه (سكينه) شكرا جزيلا للمساعدة ٨
