I regret to know that we were unable to meet your expectation particularly with regards to the swimming pool and beach maintenance. Although I totally understand your feedback, I can reassure you that our team along with an outside specialist strictly monitors and handles maintenance works on a daily basis. Nonetheless, I greatly appreciate your comments which have been passed onto our Sports and Leisure Manager so he is aware of your observations. Moreover, I was disappointed to read that we could not meet your expectations for our restaurants. We generally receive very positive feedback so it is concerning that we could not meet your standard. I can assure you that the comments you shared through our online survey have been noted and passed to our Food and Beverage team.
