It is very disappointing to read that you did not enjoy your stay as our guest as you had t shorten the length of your stay from a week to 2 days. From your feedback we understand that you experienced some rather dissatisfying encounters regarding the noise issue of aircrafts, undesirable smell in the corridors and lastly most disappointing to know is about finding a pest near the table. I would like to apologize for these areas of faltering specially the finding of a pest which is rather surprising to know as we have a strict Pest control schedule in place conducted on a weekly basis for reasons of hygiene. Regarding the noise from the airplanes, we are strategically located close to the flight path and hence the noise of planes landing and taking-off can be heard - unfortunately we are in no position to relocate the hotel.
Once again we would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review as one of the major purposes of online reviews is to highlight areas for improvement which we accept most constructively.
