هذا المنتجع الفخم اعتبره منزلي الثاني وخلال الثلاث شهور الماضية سكنت فيه ٣ مرات متتالية لما لقيته من ترحيب وحفاوة من جميع طاقم العمل دون استثناء والشكر موصول لموظفي الاستقبال والبوفيه وبركة السباحة

العاملون في غاية التهذيب ، تجربتي مع العاملين في المطعم ممتازة خصوصاً محمود و حازم اللذان يتمتعان بحسن الاستقبال و البشاشة و الاهتمام كما ان بوفيه الافطار ممتاز

من اجمل الفنادق التي زرتها في مدينه دبي الجميله بل هو الاجمل نظافه الفندق ممتاز والاستقبال والموقع في وسط مدينه دبي قريب من المطار ومن الشارقه والدخول اليه والخروج منه جدا سريع
لم اواجه اي مشكلة في الفندق بل كانت اقامتي جدا مميزه ورائعه
انصح بالفطور بالفندق وبالسباحه وبل استرخاء

افضل ما في الفندق وما يجعلني اكرر العودة هم اولا و الاهم عبد العزيز الانصاري و ستيفاني جون من الاداره بسبب الرعاية الملكية اللتي احصل عليها من قبل الوصول و ترتيب الحجز ومن ثم طاقم المطعم خصوصا حازم بيكال و كارتيك و فيكي و اهتمامهم الرائع ، ولن انسى التجربة الاولى الفريدة و المميزة في مطعم اوتار ورعاية مدير المطعم محمود و طاقمه، التجربة مميزة و رائعة .

الفندق رائع و حجمه كبير مناسب للعائلات و المسابح متنوعه تناسب كل الاعمار الا ان هناك ملاحظه بخصوص نادي الاطفال كان مخصص للاطفال من العمر الرابعه فما فوق و يفضل ان يستقبل اطفال من اعمار اصغر ليستمتع الطفل باكبر قدر ممكن من المرفقات علما بان جميع المرفقات جميله و في حال الاقامة في الفندق الرائع يمكن للعائلة قضاء وقت ممتع دون الحاجة للخروج منه الا عند مغادرتة
