فندق جراند حياة من الفنادق المميرة من حيث الموقع. والغرفة مجدده ونظيفة ولكن سرعه استجابته لتصليح الاعطال سيى والفظار مميز ليهم

This certainly does not reflect the high standards we aim to achieve. We also apologize for the rude behavior of our team members, this will surely be shared with the concerned departments for further review.
However, it is delightful to know that you enjoyed the newly renovated rooms and found them to be clean.

كانت اكثر روعه من ما تخيلت وذلك جعل رحلتي اكثر متعه واستمتاع واريد وبشده العوده الى هذا الفندق الاكثر من رائع
