متعة الترفيه مع افراد العائله كانت ممتازه جدا وسوف نكرر الرحله مرة اخري في اقرب فرصه ارجو واتمنا ان تتكرر وان نجد خدمات اكثر وتخفيض في الاسعار ان امكن من قبل مجموعة الهلتون في المرات القادمه ان امكن في دبيالمزيد

موقعه استثنائي وهو رائع والشخص من الجنسيه المصريه عمل اب جريد لنا حتى يرضينا بسبب عدم توفر غرفه في نفس الطابق وكان الهدوء والموقع والمسبح والشاطئ والمطاعم جداً جداً رائع أكيد سوف أكرر الزياره مره أخرى

بشكل عام موقع الفندق رائع جدا ب JPR ومقابل السينما وكل الخدمات بجوارك ، له شاطى خاص
خدمات الأعضاء ورجال الاعمال بالدور التاسع وجبات خفيفه ومشروبات وحتى الإفطار الصباحي فيه ، لا يصلح للعوائل المحافظه، الطاقم متعاون وخدوم إطلاله الغرف رائعه

موقع الفندق مميز جدا ومطل على البحر وعلى الممشى ونظيف جدا وتعامل الموظفين جدا راقي ومميز ومتعاونين مع اي نزيل لديهم وتجد الكل يرغب في خدمتك ومساعدتك وجميع الخدمات والمرافق جميله ومميزه ورائعه جدا وكل شي قريب من مقر الاقامه

تم حجز غرفتين عن طريق booking
تواصلت مع الفندق بالايميل وطلبت دخول مبكر الساعة ٢م. لم يتم الموافقة على طلبي وردوا سنحاول ما نستطيع.
لم ارد ان انتظر في بهو الفندق مع عائلتي
فقمت بالوصول على الساعة ٤م
تفاجأت بأن غرفة واحدة جاهزه و يجب على الانتظار ساعة اخرى لتجهيز الغرفة الاخرى.
وعند انتظارنا ٦ اشخاص في غرفة.
سمعنا اعمال تكسير وطرق بشكل متواصل.
وعند التحدث مع الاستقبال قال ان لديهم صيانه في الدور اسفل منا ويبدا من الساعة ٨ص حتى المساء. كيف اصف شعوري حنها وانا جأت بعائلتي للاستجمام والاسترخاء.

Needless to say it is very disappointing that you highlighted a number of issues, which clearly failed to live up to your expectations.

موقع حيوي جميل في وسط جي بي آر ،مقابل السينما ، كثرة المحلات والمطاعم والكافيهات ، الغرف جيدة ، اللوبي صغير ، تعامل جيد ، الفطور يحتاج الى أصناف اكثر . الفندق على الشاطيء مباشرة ، كل شيء قريب لاتحتاج إلى سيارة.
