موقع الفندق ممتاز بالاضافة الى تعاون فريق العمل والمطاعم المتنوعة وتقديم الخدمات في الغرف
واشكر بشكل خاص موظف الاستقبال الذي قام باعداد ترتيبات الحجز والاقامة وعند المغادرة كذلك كما ان مرافق الفندق رائعة ومرضية

مكان للاسترخاء ونهاية يوم متعب وبداية عالم جديد من الهدوء والاسترخاء والتعارف .
فندق له من التأثيرات ما يجعلك تنتظر العودة الى احضانه
لكن للاسف الشديد لم يقدر احد من موظفين هذا الفندق اختياراتي المتواصلة للسكن فيه ولم يكونوا على استعداد لحعلي اعود مرة اخرى سوى في هذه المراسلات الالكترونية التي اقدرها .
تاريخ الإقامة: نوفمبر 2017فندق له من التأثيرات ما يجعلك تنتظر العودة الى احضانه
لكن للاسف الشديد لم يقدر احد من موظفين هذا الفندق اختياراتي المتواصلة للسكن فيه ولم يكونوا على استعداد لحعلي اعود مرة اخرى سوى في هذه المراسلات الالكترونية التي اقدرها .

Thank you for bringing up about the construction near our hotel, we would like to mention that across this dynamic city, new projects are planned and guests do have rooms overlooking a construction site occasionally. FaceTime/imo/WhatsApp and other such applications are not supported across the country. We do provide disabled access within the hotel and until guests board their vehicles, as for having a ramp outside the hotel areas for easily accessing nearby locations - disabled access ramps are being planned across the city in the near future. We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations whenever you visit Dubai next.

يدخلون الاجانب. والمواطن لا انتظر. وجان انتظر ساعتين وانا والعائله علما ان زوجتي كانت مريضه وانا كنت رايح الفندق لاني ياي من مكان بعيد. وقريب من مستشفى دبي. بس للاسف.سوء معامله الموظف المصري لم ترضيني ابد.بعد مراجعته اكثر من 5 مرات يقولي الغرفه غير جاهزه وهو كذاب الغرفه جاهزه بس لي التاخير ماعرف. وبعد ما قلت له خلاص مابغي الغرفه. قالي لحضه بكلم المدير اذا وافق.

أقامة ممتعة من ناحية الغرف هدوء وتعامل جميل من قبل جميع طاقم العمل
والخدمات الترفيفه لدى الفندق جميله جدا

الاقامة بالفندق سيئة جداً لا انصح به احد والفندق غير نظيف ورائحة الغرفة تجبرك على الخروج منها السعر عالي مقارنة بهكذا خدمات الموظفين محترمين وتعامل جيد لكن الفندق لا ينفع لاقامة مريحة سابقاً كان افضل بكثير
