كانت الزيارة في شهر اكتوبر ٢٠١٧ ، الفندق موقعه جيد جداً يقع قرب شارع الضيافة وقريب من منطقة الداون تاون وشاطى جميرا ، كانت الاقامة ٥ ايام مقابل ١٩٠٠ ريال ، السعر مناسب ، لاتوجد رفاهية عالية في الغرف ، مستوى النظافة جيد .

الإقامة كانت جميله ..لكن تأخر دخولنا للفندق كان شيء غير جيد..الموظف عادل جداً متعاون ومرحب بالضيوف ولأنه عربي فهذه إضافه جميله للفندق خاصة لأنه يتحدث العربيه والإنجليزيه كذلك.. موقع الفندق جميل وقريب من المطاعم

فندق جميل غرف واسعه موظفين ممتازين ونظافة وكل انواع الخدمة متوفرة واسرة واسعه وتجاوب سريع ومكان الفندق ممتاز وسهل جدا كل انواع الخدمات متوفرة من ادوات نظافة وغيره موظفين بشوشين وخدومين بدون استثناء رائع جدا

لن اعود او احجز في نفس هذا الفندق مرة اخرى بالتاكيد ممكن في الفنادق الاخرى التابعة نعم لكن هذا الفندق تحديدا ابدا لسوء الخدمة و عدم استجابة الموظفين السريعة لطلباتي و هو غير معهود من فنادق روتانا ابدا

انصح الجميع بالتوجه الى جميرا روتانا لقضاء وقت ممتع مع خدمه جدا راقيه وممتعه كما ان العاملين في الفندق ممتازين كمعاملة واحترام وخدمه وإني متأكد من زيارتي الثانية والثالثة لهذا الفندق الجميل لقد حظيت بأوقات ممتعه في هذا الفندق وانصح الجميع بهذا الفندق فهو في وسط مدينه دبي وقريب من البحر والمولات ومحلات جيده جدا للملابس والاحذية والهواتف المتحركة وكذلك عدة مطاعم بالقرب من هذا الفندق الجميل تقديري للفندق ١٠ من ١٠
