فندق رائع وموقع جيد جدا و خدمه ممتازه من جميع الموظفين و بوجه خاص احمد المصرى يقدم خدمه مميزه جدا ًًً،
واجهتنا بعض الصعوبات في بدايه اقامتنا و لكن صلاح من الاستقبال كان دايما يقدم لنا حل

حضرت مع العائلية للاحتفال ب راس السنه في فندق حبتور و كان اختيار موفق حيث اثتانثنا بكل ما يقدمه الفندق من خدمات ، الموظفون رائعون وخصوصا صلاح من خدمه العملاء يتعامل بمنتهي الصادقه و الإخلاص و خدماته متأزم و كذلك احمد يقدم قهوه ممتازة ، الغرفة جميله و أطلاله رائعته و حقا كانت اقامه ولا اروع
استمتعنى بالحبتور والمطعم المسبح الاطفال جيد خدمة العملاء جميل جدا واشكر السيد صلاح للمجهود الرائع و تفانيه في عمله
كذلك القهوة العربية كل صباح من السيد احمد كانت جميله جدا . من خدمه العملاء ايضا كاترينا . و كذلك مكتب الرحلات السياحيه فاطمه و دليله و سيكون حبتور هو وجهتنا للمرة القادمة

استمتعت مع العايله بالفندق من خدمات جميله مسبح وجيم ومساج المطعم البناني الباشا جميل جدا جدا من اكل ومشروبات وشيشه والشباب طيبين جدا اري كريم في الصباح يسلم علي ويتذكر طلباتي وعلي يقدم الشيشه طيبه والمسبح جميل وشبابه جمال جدا استمتعت بالاجازه وسوف اقوم بالعوده لنفس الفندق لحسن ضيافتكم وشكرا للاداره

الفندق رائع جدا و ممتاز في كل شئ ابتداء من الغرف ... الي اللوبي و المطعم و حمام السباحة و جميع العاملين بالفندق ودودين و ممتازين في عملهم جدا و مساعدة النزيل و احب اتوجه بالشكر للعاملين الذين اثروا في جدا و لن انساهم ابدا و هم . احمد -القهوة العربي باللوبي - لما قام به كل يوم من استضافة رائعة و طعم قهوة لا ينسي ... فعلا لن انساك و خدمة العملاء ايزابيل الجميلة و الرائعة و التي تساعدك في كل شئ في اافندق حتي تنعم باقاهة رائعة هناك
