اشكر موظفين الاستقبال وخاصه الانسه احلام حيث أنها متعاونه جدا والخدمات رائعه وممتازه جد حيث أن الطلبات يتم تلبيتها بسرعه من موظفين خدمه الغرف والموقع ممتاز قريب جدا من المطار وديره سيتي سنتر للامانه تجربه رائعه جدا وفندق محترم وعائلي كل الشكر ايضا لموظفين الصيانه واريد أن ألفت نظر الاداره حيث أن شاشات التلفاز قديمه بعض الشيئ يلزمها تغييرالمزيد

المكان اكثر من رائع والفندق لا تميزه عن بيتك بتعامل فريق العمل سمعنا عن فندق جي 5 من بغداد ونصحونا بيه اقاربنا وشكرو في الانسه احلام فعلا نعم التعامل والاحترام كل الشكر الها ما قصرت والكل ما قصروا ابدا الفندق واسع ونظيف لابعد الحدود انقح به كل زوار دبي

بالنسبه لموظفي الاستقبال فهنا كانت المفاجاه حيث انني شعرت اني في فندق خمس نجوم من طريقه معاملتهم و الاهتمام بالعميل و الابتسامه الرائعه التي لا تفارقهم … سرعه الاستجابه لاي طلبات او استفسارات و اخص بالذكر الانسه احلام … اعتقد انني لن افكر في الاقامه باي فندق اخر بدبي …فقط چي فايف بورسعيد ديره دبي
