Thank you for staying at the Metropolitan Palace Hotel!
Our hotel was opened back in 1997 and because it is 16years now, our hotel comes old comparing to the new modern hotel that just built. But we, the management, are doing our best not to be too late in terms of modernization. We did the renovation last year (during Ramadan) in some of our floors and will do the same this year to make it all in updates.
I apologize for the inconvenience that you had experience.
