لن اعاود السكن مره اخرى فيه فندق سىء من الاستقبال الى تعاون الموظفين الى ان تم وضعنا بغرفة مدخنين رغم طلبي وشرح وضعي لهم

للاسف تم التعامل من موظفي الاستقبال بجلافه وعدم تعاون لا في طلب غرفه بشطاف حمام ولاغرفه لغير مدخنين برغم شرح الوضع الصحي لهم وتاخير بالدخول لساعه الا ربع لن اعاود السكن ولن انصح فيه لا للاقارب والاصدقاء ولاللبعيد بعد صراحة تجربه سيئه وللامانه هي موظفه وحده تعاونت معنا اسمها الين فلبينيه بالاخير تفاعلت وغيرة الغرفه من مدخنين الى غير مدخنين بعد ساعتين

Warm Greetings from Towers Rotana and we regret to know that we were not able to meet your expectations during your stay with us.
We do always try our level best to provide all guests requests such as room preferences and make it as our top priority. Consequently, our Front Office team updated your profile with note of non-smoking preference and shattaf and we will make sure your future booking will have your requested preference.
As part of our commitment to provide quality customer care, we will take necessary steps to ensure we meet the service standards our valuable guests like your good self and to ensure hassle free stay. We do apologize for the inconvenienced experience you encountered, your comments are highly valuable to us and we will definitely do our best to improve.
We sincerely hope that you reconsider and stay in our hotel again, if you decide to do so please let me know so that I can make arrangements for you, myself and my team will ensure to exceed you expectation.

الفندق جيد وخدمة الغرف جيدة والافطار جيد، تنظيف الغرف سيء وألوان الغرف داكنة تجلب الكآبة. صوت ازعاج من الطريق والغرف المجاورة.
استجابة جيدة من الفندق لطلبات النزلاء.
مدخل الفندق واللوبي تحتاج عناية مكتب الاستقبال متعاونون لكن الخدمة بطيئة

المكان اكثر من رائع من حيث النظافة وحرص الموظفين علي راحة النزلاء. مطعم الفندق اكثر من رائع ونظافة الأكل وروعة الطهي ونظافة العاملين في الفندق. انا حريص جدا لكتابه تعليق عن الفندق وهذا لأول مره هذا لانه من أفضل الفنادق من حيث كل الخدمات.

رائع ومكان ممتاز الفندق نظيف والموظفين خدومين
قريب من كل شيء هاديء و نظيف و يصلح للعائلات

موظف الاستقبال عند الوصول والمغاردة اسمه ساجد كان رائع جدا .
اما المديرة المناوبه الروسيه ليست متعاونه تماما واسلوبها قاسي جدا في الكلام معي مع العلم بان احضرت لها الامن الاماراتي الاخ عبيد وقام بالتفاهم معها.
انا مئول بشركة سفر وسياحة (fursan travel ) بالرياض السعوديه عاملتوني للااسف معامله ليست جيده لو كان لدي المزيد من الوقت لرفعت شكوى لسياحة دبي على الفند للمعامله من قبل هذه السيده .
سوف ابلغ الزملا والوكلا بهذه التعامل الغير جيد لكي دوما نرتقي بخدمة العملا وليس خدمتهم بالمزاجية وظروف المدير المناوب .
