أود أن أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى إدارة وطاقم فندق روتانا تاور المحترمين على الإقامة الرائعة التي قضيناها في فندقكم المميز. لقد كانت تجربة إقامتنا في غاية الجمال والراحة، حيث كان كل شيء منظمًا ومريحًا بطريقة فاقت توقعاتنا.
أود أن أشكر فريق الحجوزات على تعاونهم وسهولة إجراءات الحجز، وكذلك فريق الاستقبال على حفاوة الترحيب والابتسامة الدائمة التي جعلتنا نشعر وكأننا في منزلنا. ولا ننسى فريق التوديع الذي ودعنا بكل لطف واهتمام، ما جعلنا نغادر الفندق ونحن نحمل في قلوبنا ذكريات جميلة.
شكرًا لكم جميعًا على جهودكم المستمرة لتقديم خدمة متميزة، ونتطلع للعودة مرة أخرى قريبًا.

فندق جمييل جدا والمطعم جميل ومناسب ومتنوع الدخول والخروج عندهم سهل جدا وسريع وخدمات جداومريحة والموظفة Shokhista وتجيب على الاسئلة بسرعة اشكرها لتعاونها السريع الغرف نظيفة جدا انصح بالفندق في المرة القادمة سوف اسكن فيه وانصحك يا ابراهيم فيه الفيو حقه جميل جدا جدا وكذلك الموظف Bikram اشكرة على خدماته واسلوبه

الموقع جميل الغرف جدا مريحة وانيقة ولكن صالة الافطار صغيرة ومزدحمة وهناك وأيضًا هناك إحراج من قبل الموظفين بسبب البخشيش لانه لايوجد درهم في بعض الأحيان عند الوصول🫢🫢ولكن موظفين الاستقبال جيدون جدًا .

واجهت مشكلة في ضعف انارة الغرفة لكونها عبالة عن مصابيح منضدة
ارجو زيادة الانارة و اتاحة امكانية التحكم بقوتها من قبل النزيل ليكون التحكم حسب الرغبة
كما اود ان اقترح تهيئة مسار من الفندق الى المسبح بدون الحاجة الى الخروج من الفندق
