لقد زرت هذا الفندق وبقينا فيه ليلة واحدة الغرفة بشكل عام جيدة جدا و لكن سخان الماء في الحمام لم يكن يعمل. النظافة ممتازة و السرير مريح و الغرفة مجهزة بالكامل واجهنا بعض الملاحظات ولكن تعامل المدير السيد شادي هاشم كان ممتازا فإذا واجهتك اي مشكلة لا تتردد في طلبه اعتقد انني سوف ازوره مجددا وذلك بسبب حسن تعامله

موقع الفندق ممتاز قريب من الإمارات مول مسافة 5 دقائق مشيا على الأقدام . ولا يبعد عن الأماكن السياحية كثيرا .
الطاقم ودود وتعامله راقي في الإستقبال وأيضا التوديع والخدمات جيده جدا
الغرفة نظيفة وأنيقة ولا تحتوي على المشروبات الكحولية وأيضا دورة المياه تحتوي على شطاف ماء .. مناسب جدا للمسلمين .
بجوار الفندق مقهى يقدم الشيشه ويعرض المباريات بأسعار مناسبة .
يوجد في الفندق مواقف خاصه مع خدمه ركن للسيارة مجانا .
استمتعت جدا في الإقامة فيه ل 4 ليالي .

فندق رائع وفطور متنوع وقريب من مول الامارات جداً ونظيف والاستقبال ممتاز لكن يوجد عيوب اثنين فقط
وهي انه لا يوجد مواقف سيارات.
وياخذ تأمين ٥٠٠ درهم غير الضرائب.
بمعني سعر الغرفه +٢٠ درهم ضريبه سياحه* عدد الايام +١٠٪ ضريبه خدمه + ١٠٪ ضريبه ما اذكر ايش + ٥٠٠ تأمين😳مرره كثير

Thank you for posting your review on TripAdvisor following your recent visit to Auris Plaza Hotel and we are glad to know that we succeeded in providing you a stay that left you truly satisfied particularly with the service delivery by all our associates from reception to the restaurant team as well as by the quality of food.
We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied that we do not provide a free access to the Hotel Parking, Please be assured that our Free Valet parking service is a way to reflect our high standard of service.
As for the Taxes, kindly note that all our rates like most of the Hotels in Dubai are inclusive of 20% taxes(10% service charges + 10% city Tax) and in supplement there is the Tourism Tax of 20AED per day per room which are obligatory.

فندق سئ بالتعامل مع النزلاء غير مدربين علي التعامل الراقي
بستحق ثلاث نجوم فقط الغرف نظيفه والفندق نظيف
لكن الموظفين سيئين يسون لسمعة الفندق
وملاحظاتي موظفين البوفيه الصباحي بطئين في عملهم ويعملون دون
نشاط واحترام حتي اني اخدم نفسي اسكب الماء والشاي لنفسي
من قال عنه رائع من النزلاء فهو مختل عقليا
فندق موظفيه مزعجين خرجت منه في اليوم التالي الي فندق خمس نجوم قمه في الفخامه ارجوا من اداره الفندق الاهتمام بموظفين وتدريبهم علي التعامل الراقي للنزلاء
لن أكرر الزياره لهذا الفندق ابدا وأسعاره مرتفعة علي شي تافه
