Firstly, while I appreciate we fell short of your expectations during your stay with us, I thank you for still taking the time to share your feedback.
Regarding the pool water is sticky, we do actually follow instructions and the rules by Dubai Municipality for cleaning the swimming pool water and during the time we are operating the hotel we didn't receive any such comments related water at swimming pool.
I do know that since during your stay one of our Senior Manager's has contacted you to help with some of the areas where we fell short of your expectations especially for mini fridge not working for which I apologies to you personally.
I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back, to give us the opportunity to leave a much more positive impression.
