The booking was made for two persons however three persons arrived in total. That is of course not a problem however since the 3rd person was not carrying an ID with her upon arrival, the check in process was delayed. Following your discussion with our team on duty, I understood that you decided to cancel your booking on that day hence all the requests that were attached to your booking also deleted when you came back after sometimes to reinstate the booking.
I am sorry that your recent experience was not as expected but I am sure you can appreciate that we have to follow the law when it comes to registering valid ID for all our guests. Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and we hope that we will have the opportunity of welcoming you back to our hotel in the future.
