I'm disappointed to read that we were not able to meet your expectations during your stay with us. Please accept our apology for the shortcomings you experienced in your room. These are not our usual standards of service and I will share your feedback with the respective department heads to take the necessary actions in order to avoid this happening in the future.
Regarding the construction noise, please note that the JBR district, one of Dubai's popular beachfront promenade areas, is constantly being developed with the same notice highlighted on our booking channels, and we do make every effort to reduce the impact for our guests.
