فندق لا يستحق المبلغ ديكورات قديمة غرف تعج بالدخان مقرف لا انصح فيه بالاطفال غير مهتم بالحجز عن طريق المواقع استقبال فقير بالاهتمام غير مهتم بصحة الاطفال غير ودوين وغير متعاونين الفندق احسن مافيه الموقع وخدمة صف السيارات والاخ مقدم القهوة مهتمين ودوين

تجربة الاقامة عبارة عن كابوس مرعب على جميع المقاييس ، والموظفين غير مدربين على الإطلاق ولا يهتمون لرضا العميل.
لقد كانت تجربة مليئة بالرعب ومن ثم الشعور بالخزي وذلك بسبب انه لم يتم ابلاغنا بوجود تدريب حريق.
حتى انا احدهم فد اهانني امام الجميع بحيث انه قد عرض علي بعض الطعام وكأني متسول في الفندق بعد ان قمت بتقديم شكوى.
تعامل الموظف قد جعلني أشعر بالعنصرية الموجهة ضدنا نحن العرب الأمر الذي دفعه لعرض ذلك الطعام او ربما اعتقد ان ذلك الطعام سوف يدب البهجة في قلوبنا.
هذه التجربة قد افسدت رحلتي الترفيهية الى مدينة دبي الجميلة ، ودبت الرعب في قلوب أطفالي الابرياء.
أتمنى انا لا يكرر أحدهم نفس الخطأ بالحجز في هذا الفندق.
