موظفة الاستقبال الاماراتية قمة فالادب واللطافة وايضا الموظف اسمه bright متعاون وسريع الاستجابة لكن الشقق الفندقية تحتاج لتحسين النظافة والرائحة وصيانه المكان -مشكلة عدم وجود بطاقة بديله انتظرت ساعة كاملة فقط لاحصل على بدل فاقد لغرفة بحجة عدم وجود بديل عند موظف الاستقبال

اجمل منً الفندق ما في دبي شي روعى و شي خرافي تعلقت بالمكان و عمال و مدرين من مونيكا الى بلال الى ادريك
المكان جميل الصراحة و نظيف و مكان جنب دبي مول مشي عبر رجلين فقط
خدمات جميلة وًكل شي متاح

السلام عليكم انا قمت بزرياة للفندق سويس اطيل المروج بالقرب من برج خليفة،الحقيقة استمعت كثيرا من حسن حظي استقبلنا شاب في مقتبل العمر اسمه مهدي له معاملة جد ممتازة ويقدم خدمات للزبناء؛له روح مرحة وبشوش وأفادنا بمجموعة من المعلومات حيت اجاب عن كل تساؤلاتنا حول الخذمات التي .
.يقدمها الفندق بكل فرح
