We were aware of the challenged that you were facing during your stay at the hotel. We pride ourselves at making all our guests feel welcome and strive daily to create an extraordinary experience for each of our guests, and I am saddened by the fact that in this case we tried to make you feel comfortable, however due to your biased behavior towards a particular employee made him feel very uncomfortable. We live by guiding principle and Hyatt values, Respect is one of them, we really appreciate and respect our guests. And in return we expect the same, being abusive and biased based on religion, gender, nationality, race, color, gender identity, national origin, disability is not accepted under any circumstance.
