While I am happy to know that you are one of our loyal guests, it is with much regret to read that your stay with us had not been up to our usual high standards and I apologise for the same. Although I can assure you that we always do try our best to be flexible with the late check outs, this is somehow challenging especially having a high occupancy on most of the days; therefore we are unable to provide your request on this occasion. Nevertheless, I assure you that it was not our intention to make you feel this way and your overall observations have been noted and shared with our Front Office Manager for review where need be.
