While I am happy to know that you appreciated the hotel’s overall ambiance, it is with much regret to hear that you felt let down due to the charges reflected on your bill upon for checking out beyond the agreed time. I was also advised that our Front Office team did try their best to accommodate all your requests; however, we feel that it didn’t still meet your expectations. All that being said, please rest assured that your observations have been noted and shared with the management team for review, where need be.
