للأسف لم احصل على غرفة مناسبة ، وتأكدت من ذلك ، بالسؤال ان كانت لديكم غرف أفضل من هذه التي اقمت فيها ، وللأسف كذلك ، لم تلبى طالباتي الخاصة ، وكنت اطمح في تلبيتها ، اعجبني موقع الفندق نوعا ما ، والمواقف الأرضية أيضا مناسبة .

موقع الفندق نوعا ما بعيد عن المواقع التجارية في المنطقة و أشغال المقاوله مزعجه في الفتره الحاليه علما من انني اقمت في الفندق منذ زمن و كان الفندق في قمة الهدوء و مكان للإبتعاد عن الإزعاج. و من الممكن ان تكون لي زيارة مره اخرى بعد الانتهاء من أعمال المقاولات القريبة من الفندق.

And in the same time I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience you have experience regarding the ongoing construction nearby. As you might be aware that Dubai is one of the fast growing emirates and major developments are happening in a lot of places as this a global city and business hub of the Middle East and Al Jaddaf is one of the prime location that is being development specially that is very close to the airport and major areas.

لم يتم استقبال زوجتي كون أن الهوية الاماراتيه منتهيه فقط قبل يومين وهي تحت التجديد
لم يتم قبول أي وثيقه أخرى ك رخصة القياده أو أي وثيقة أخرى
حاولت ان أفهم موظف الاستقبال ولكن دون جدوى مما اضطرني إلى مغادرة الفندق

We would like to thank you for choosing to stay at the Arabian Park Hotel and for taking the time to share your experience with us.
Going through your feedback and after we investigate and checked our cameras, we found that your feedback is not accurate, actually when you arrived to the hotel to do check in, you was a lone. At that time the receptionist asked you if there will be anybody to join you and you answered that you are alone, but after you finished the check in, you went out and there was a visitor lady with you which doesn't has any valid ID, and as you know by low we can't allow anybody to enter the rooms without valid ID. hence the team didn't allow her to go with you to the room.

لا انصح بالسكن مقابل المسبح لوجود أعمال بناء مزعجة في فندق جديد ولن تستطيع النوم الكافي بأسباب تلك الأعمال التي تستمر لمدة طويلة خلال اليوم اما من ناحية الشقق وتعامل الموظفين فهي ممتازة جدا خصوصا للعائلات المحافظة والسوبر ماركت قريب ويمكن الوصول اليه مشي على الاقدام

انصح بزيارة الفندق وبالاخص للعائلات كون المكان متكامل من كل التجهيزات وبركة السباحة واللوبي والانترنت سريع جدا والنظافة ممتازة وتعامل افراد الفندق مع النزلاء ممتاز جدا لكن الشيء الوحيد الا وهو لا يوجد خدمات قريبة من الفندق واقرب سوبر ماركت يبعد ٥ دقائق مشي

فندق جيد جدا
الموظف في الاستقبال عادل محترم وخدوم
الموقع جيد هدوء جيد توفر مواقف للسيارات مجانا ومضلل هناك ازعاج قليل من أماكن قريبة للفندق لعمل الإنشاءات ليس للفندق علاقة بها المسبح جيد والمفروض يفتح لوقت متاخر قليل
