تجربتي ومعي عائلتي في الاقامه كانت ممتازه ..الخدمات بشكل عام كويسه .. العاملين بالفندق يتمتعون بكفاءة وخبره .. موظفي الاستقبال كانوا بمستوي عالي في التعامل وعلي وجه الخصوص السيد/ إبراهيم في الرسيبشن كان متميز جداً في تعامله ومستوي الاداء
اتمني ان يستمر اداء الفندق بهذا المستوي او الي الافضل

كانت اقامة رائعة ورفلز غني عن التعريف
الغرف فخمة وتعتبر من اكبر غرف فنادق دبي
يوجد مول وافي ومطاعم وكفايات في نفس المجمع الموجود فيه الفندق
يعتبر الفندق محافظ على جودته
أشكر الاستاذ ابراهيم على حسن التعامل والأخلاق فعلاً الشخص المناسب بالمكان المناسب

تجربتي مع فندق رافلز متكررة ومستمرة منذو فترة طويلة
الأستقبال الرائع دائما من فريق الفندق
وسهولة الاجراء و الحفاوة المستمرة من فريق العمل
تجبرك على تكرار التجربة
وأخص بالذكر الاستاذ الرائع السيد : ابراهيم ( مصري الجنسية )
فتجده يلبي احتياجات النزيل و يتابع إقامته بكل ذوق وادب
لا يتوانى عن تقديم اي مساعدة للجميع ومتجاوب بشكل سريع للغاية
هو كما يقال ( جوهرة التاج في الفندق )
الحقيقة ان كثير من العملاء ممن اعرفهم يوافقونني الرأي
ايضا نظافة الغرف رائعة جدا واهتمامهم متواصل و ويزداد مع الوقت
ايضا اللاونج في الطابق العاشر يتميز بوجود السيدة ( كريس )؟
اعتقد انه اكثر الفنادق تميزا في مجموعة ( اكوور)
