النظافة وشمول الشقة على جميع الخدمات الاثاث جميل والشقة جداً واسعه لايمكن ان اسافر لدبي مرة اخرى بدون ان اسكن فيه الموقع قريب من الجي بي ار والمواقف متوفرة والموظفين نشيطين في التعامل تسجيل خروجي لم يستغرق الا ثلاث دقائق فقط

موقع ممتاز والاطلالة خرافية الغرف واسعه والمطبخ متكامل لكن مستوي النظافة غير جيد المفارش ليست نظيفه ودورات المياة ايضا وخدمة تنظيف الغرف ليست احترافية الخدمات المحيطة بالفندق ممتازه اقترح على القائمين على الفندق تجديد الاثاث والتركيز على النظافة

Your concern about the cleaning of the apartment which is not up to your satisfaction has been noted and shared with our housekeeping team and to ensure this will not happen in future. Your suggestion about our furniture is much appreciated and the management has a plan of refurbishment hopefully in the coming year.

تم استئجار شقه من ثلاث غرف جيده الى حد كبير وموقع الفندق يقع على JPR ولكن لم تكن غرف النوم ودورات المياه نظيفه كما يجب ، وبعد ليله واحده طلبنا خدمة التنظيف لنتفاجأ انه تم اعادة ترتيب المفارش والفوط المستخدمه دون استبدابها بجديده ، اتمنى ان يهتموا بهذا الأمر شديد الاهتمام

الفندق مناسب للعوائل .. الوحدات بها غرفة اضافية للخادمة غير مذكورة في المواصفات. المرقع اكثر من رائع على ال JBR في المنطقة الجديدة بجانب سوفيتيل بالظبط.. تتوفر تحته بقالة وصيدلية وصوالين نسائية . بالاضافة الى خيارات المطاعم المتعددة المنتشرة حوله. ملاحظتي الوحيدة كانت على التنظيف حيث لم يكن بأعلى مستوى لكن مقبول . بصفة عامة الفندق ممتاز ومريح لعائلة مع اطفال . اما لزوجين مثلا فتوجد خيارات افضل.
